At Endeavors Academy we are community focused. We aim to provide exceptional childcare service that will equip our families and help build the Pine Hills community.
We do this by strengthening family relationships with a wholesome balance of consistent and open communication. It is only through good parent/teacher interactions that excellent nurturing care can be provided.
We send home newsletters by email, or you are able to pick one up from the facility. Special notes are posted In the lobby. You will also receive a timely notice if your child needs something at the center. It is our hope that families are connected and engaged with everything happening here and with their child.
OUR STAFF
All staff receive their 45 hours DCF training when they join our team. We spend a great amount of time listening, talking and engaging in learning activities structured to attain the maximum learning impact for your child. This encourages the development of language, emotional, and social skills and enhances the development of positive self esteem.
Our teachers design each curriculum to emphasize exploration and experimentation while incorporating universally accepted learning techniques. This all works together to provide a foundation for academic success and a bright future.
